A durable sole extends slightly up the boot in key areas to increase durability and foot protection. The sole is solid underneath the split toe, which means no hang-ups with the leash getting caught between the toes. An UltraStretch neoprene ankle panel-Xcel's scratchiest and softest available-adds comfort and stretch to help get the boot on and off. The glued and blind stitched Pressure Bonded taped seams form an excellent watertight, durable seal; the outer Velcro strap and pull loop are also Pressure Bonded onto the boot.
